We aim to get you order to you as fast as possible. Please contact customerservice@cityclub.com.au if you have any questions.

City Club offers free delivery within Australia for purchases over $100.

We’ll process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours, and we’ll aim to have it shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email with a tracking code.

Delivery times vary, but we aim to have your items(s) delivered within 5 working days.

If for some reason we don’t have your item in stock, there may be a delay of up to 5 working days. This may cause a further delay in the delivery time.

Please ensure you provide a physical address where there will be someone to sign for your item(s). 

If you have any other shipping/returns/refunds-related enquiries, check our Returns Policy. But just be sure that we are committed to getting the best result for you whatever happens.
