Free regular shipping within Australia for orders equal to or above AUD$100.
Orders below AUD$100 will incur a $10 shipping fee.
All prices on www.cityclub.com.au are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Prices quoted on the website and associated documents are inclusive of GST.
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, most within 24 hours. If the order is placed prior to 12.00 midday, City Club will aim to ensure the order is despatched the same day. Deliveries are sent during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
Currently City Club does not cater for international orders. International orders will be considered on an individual basis by contacting us directly. For any queries, please contact email@example.com
The delivery address provided should be attended during regular business hours. If a work address is provided, then the business name must also be entered within the checkout form.
Once an order has been despatched, City Club is unable to amend the delivery location or redirect the parcel.
Deliveries must be signed for, unless the ‘Authority To Leave’ (ATL) option has be selected during checkout. If no one is available to accept the order, a card will be left and the parcel will be taken to an alternative location for your later collection.
Where ‘Authority To Leave’ (ATL) has been selected during checkout, the order will be delivered and left at the delivery address specified without the need for a signature. ATL should only be selected where safe to do so, as neither City Club nor the delivery company will be liable for lost or stolen deliveries.
Orders placed on www.cityclub.com.au are shipped via the method selected by our despatch warehouse staff. Postal or courier services may vary depending on your location.
The City Club distribution centre is located in regional Northern NSW, consequently deliveries may take longer than expected particularly to other regional and remote locations.
The below order delivery timeframes are provided as a “guideline only”, and do not take into account other possible delays. City Club cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery once the order has been despatched from our distribution centre.
For a more specific transit time you can refer to your shipping notification email and the ‘Delivery Tracking’ section of this policy.
Once the order has been processed, a message will be generated and sent to the email address provided during checkout. The email will contain despatch notification, the order tracking or reference number, and the name of the delivery company (eg Toll IPEC, Australian Post, TNT, etc).
To track your order, simply follow the tracking link in the email OR phone the applicable shipping company and quote your reference number. Alternatively, you can contact our friendly customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org
NOTE: The delivery tracking information can take a few hours to be activated. Occasionally the tracking number may even appear as invalid, as sometimes there are delays between our system and the delivery companies tracking system.
City Club may experience a high volume of orders during peak seasons and around holiday periods. Please refer to the “Holiday Closures” section of this policy for further information.
Unfortunately, there may also be some occasions where an order will be delayed or misplaced during the transport and delivery process. Refer to the “Delivery Timeframes” section of this policy for the estimated delivery timeframe, based on your location.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, you can contact the delivery company directly and quote your tracking reference number that was provided by email.
WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will generally be processed on the next business trading day. The City Club distribution centre is located in Northern NSW and consequently the business will be closed on local and NSW public holidays. In addition to the regular public gazetted NSW holidays, the City Club distribution centre ceases trading during its annual Christmas closure period. This is generally between Christmas Eve and the New Year’s holiday period. As a result of this closure, orders placed on www.cityclub.com.au will not be processed until the distribution centre reopens again after the New Year public holiday.
Due to the high volumes of mail and increased delays at Christmas time, orders taken during the week before Christmas may not be delivered until later in the New Year. To ensure a pre-Christmas delivery, it is best to place orders no later than the first week of December.

City Club customer purchases will be processed in an efficient manner. Orders will be precisely picked and carefully checked, prior to despatch. Each order will be firmly packaged with care and placed into traceable packaging.
Handling and packaging charges are included in the purchase price.
