Returns and Exchanges

 

We are here to help! City Club is passionate about ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. 

The following Returns conditions apply when using the website www.cityclub.com.au which is owned and operated by CCA Australia Pty Ltd ABN 51 078 674 512. All rights reserved. (City Club, we, us, our, means CCA Australia Pty Ltd. You, site visitor, customer means the City Club website user.)

This policy is applicable only to www.cityclub.com.au online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from a City Club retail stockist. If you wish to return an item/s purchased from a City Club stockist, please return that item/s to the point of purchase, as they will be subject to that retail stockist’s Returns policy.

 

Return Requirements

If you have simply changed your mind, or have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund providing the following requirements are met:

  • Returned within 21days of receipt
  • Proof of purchase provided
  • Tags attached
  • Garment in original condition, unworn and unwashed
  • Returns form enclosed

 

City Club reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions have not been met.

 

How to Return an Item

To return an item please contact our friendly customer service team and explain the problem or reason for return. You can contact customer service by phone 1800 653 332 or by email customer.service@cityclub.com.au

Our customer service team will lodge your return in our system, and issue you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number. It is essential that all returned packages include an RA number.

Then simply click this link, print and complete the Returns Form, or download it from our website www.cityclub.com.au

For change of mind returns, replacement items are not offered, simply return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order online. We are unable to offer free postage/delivery for change of mind returns.

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, City Club will pay the return postage/delivery costs and either refund or replace the item accordingly.

Once the returned item has been verified by City Club, the refund will be credited to the same Card as the original purchase.
